There are many different ways to cook premium jasmine rice
Covered Pot Cooking
Add rice, water, and salt into a medium pot (The perfect Jasmine rice to water ratio is 1 1/4 cups of water for 1 cup of Jasmine rice (190g)). Stir to combine.
Close the pot with a tight-fitting lid. Bring to a boil over medium heat then lower the heat to low and cook for 12 minutes.
Take the pot off the heat, leave the rice to rest for 10 minutes (with the lid on).
